Location: Halifax Mall – Raleigh, NC

The site for installation has been designated as the Halifax Mall, adjacent to the historic North Carolina Legislative Building. The grounds are in the  process of a major landscape redesign, including a walkway that will contain the sculptural columns depicting the Gulf War of 1990-1991
